Jeremiah 51:17-19

International Standard Version

¹⁷ Everyone is stupid^[a] and without knowledge.
    Every goldsmith is put to shame by his own idols,
for his images are false,^[b]
    and there is no life in them.
¹⁸ They’re worthless, a work of mockery,
    and when the time of punishment comes,^[c]
        they’ll perish.
¹⁹ The Portion of Jacob^[d] is not like these.
    He made everything,
including the tribe of his inheritance.
    The Lord of the Heavenly Armies is his name.
